Today marked the CPL’s 10th birthday! On this date in 1997, the CPL formed and the first event they held was in October of 1997. Angel Munoz stopped by the EG studios to help us celebrate the original Professional E-Sports organization and it’s decade of competition!

During this episode, Angel speaks candidly about the past, present, and future of the CPL as it relates to professional gaming. He also has some nice insights about how he is looking to grow e-sports through his strategy of approaching publishers for their direct support of games. Cybershotsz is announced, and the hosts get to beta-test it and take a small questionnaire about it’s flavor.
