Pretty good show guys. I rented TimeShift awhile back… Out of all the generic shooters to come out this year it’s definitely the coolest.

Also, sucks about Jeff Gerstmann. He was my favorite at Gamespot.

1 million unique players is pretty weak sauce for a game like Halo3, and it hasn’t even been 1 year. CS 1.6 is almost 10 years old and has 1/3 of the halo3 players…

I personally do not like the halo franchise… I cannot ignore the numbers though. Very impressive. Kyle and that Nathan Drake are top notch guests. Intelligent, well spoken reps from the other side of the fence.

My point was thats still in any terms alot of people and dont forget alot of people who were big halo 2 fans and played online alot might not of been able to get a 360 yet and maybe that number will get even bigger after Christmas.

@Mr. Wayne,
i guess it’s impressive to know the actualy number of folks still playing Halo3, but my opinion was formed around the fact that on my xbox live friend’s list, i only see 1, maybe 2 people online playing Halo 3 (of about 10 to 15 friends online). Granted, my method isn’t as scientific, but when I’m online between 8 & 10pm and most multiplayer sessions are COD4 and not Halo 3, it makes me really wonder about the folks still playing Halo 3. Also, does the game still deserve the high praise it received at the time of launch?

“You can shoot yourself in the head in multilayer”, I will be blown away if you can do that properly. The last game with something similar to that, that I played, was ut2k4 and the matrix mod which had simple time slow down. The idea that you can stop time and go backwards is a crazy concept for multilayer and I cant wait to go get my copy tomorrow.
