   Unbelievable. This is the kind of guy that should be running Nintendo dev teams. Imagine an fps on this even as simple as paintball… Or even a myst type game. Even racing you can look to the side to see your mirriors.

   Why the fuck are games like cruisin and mario released when they can do stuff like this?

   Ok… that is fucking awesome. And I appreciate the fact that the guy does a good job explaining things in the first 90 seconds while not sounding like a typical nerd, even tho he is. Mad props, and ipxzor is right, this is the kind of thing that could make me think twice about the Wii if Nintendo would scoop up some talent who is obviously thinking outside the box.

   Using the technology “backwards” is pretty forward thinking if you ask me.

   Good video! If this happens, the wii will become “OK.” then developers mite have to put more thought into creating a good game.

   this guy is incredible. He makes me even angrier at Nintendo because, obviously, marketing, game development, and hardware/research and development, are all not on the same page at Club Mario.

   Say what you like about the graphics, the interactivity of the Wii is bleeding-edge. I’d still rather play CoD4 and Assassin’s Creed on my 360 though.

   this has soooo much potential. particularly for the wii because they already have most of the hardware ready to roll. maybe next-next gen will start using brilliant ideas like this man has proposed. i am thoroughly impressed and am just gawking at what could be, as far as many genres of games go.

    This kind of tech could be on all the consoles. If Eye of judgment could market the Playstation eye in the bundle why can’t another game add some nifty gear that does something similar to what is in the vid. The real next gen consoles would do a much better job with a game then the Wii could.

    Very nice, but i dont think its something new.
    Konami used the same technology for the Arcade Game Police 911 AKA Police 24/7 in 2001! Which has been ported to the Playstation 2 using the Eyetoy. I never played it on the PS2 but loved the game on the arcade.
    I bought the Wii thinking similar games would be made for it. So i sold it.
    I think coldbomb is right an infrared webcam will do a better job than that wiimote and will be alot cheaper also.
